Wayne is less project manager and more project reporter.

It's true, he's not the best communicator, he procrastinates, and doesn't really have an eye for the details but, he's family, so he's our Half Fast Project Manager.

He has that look like he might cry, which is great because disgruntled clients aren’t so hard on him when we miss deadlines or go over budget.

A word to our clients; if you feel like he's ignoring you, don't take it personally. He does that to everybody. He just hates to be the bearer of bad news.

But that's the job of a Half Fast project manager, to report the bad news to clients about their project. So, he'll reach out to you eventually.

Fun fact: Wayne thinks SLA stands for "sorry, late again".
